(HARTSVILLE) -- CareSouth Carolina’s Division of Dental Medicine presented West Hartsville Elementary and Thornwell School For The Arts with plaques recognizing the students for their Caries Risk Assessment scores among Miles of Smiles Children.  West Hartsville Elementary Miles of Smiles children had the best overall score and Thornwell School For The Arts had the most improved score.
