HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF)  - It's almost time to say good-bye to summer fun and climb back on the school bus again. The first day of school for students in Horry County is August 22; however, Daisy Elementary School students on the year-round schedule will head back to class on July 25. Georgetown County students are also getting back to the books on August 22. Florence School Districts - August 20Darlington County - August 20Dillon County School District Four - August 20Latta School District - August 20Dillon School District Four - August 20Marion County Schools - August 20Marlboro County Schools - August 21 Be sure to send your first day of school photos to WMBF News at news@wmbfnews.com. Include your child's first name, grade and school.
