Golf Cart Scavenger Hunt to benefit New Beginnings Monthly Food Distribution

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - The 2nd Annual New Beginnings Golf Cart Scavenger Hunt will be held on Saturday, September 22nd from 1:00-3:00 PM to benefit New Beginnings Monthly Food Distribution. The organization is now in its second year serving all of Horry and Georgetown Counties. Participants are needed to fill the event.

Join in for an afternoon of fun and relaxation as you explore the town of Surfside Beach on your golf cart.

Mt. Carmel MBC holds boxing camp

The Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church will hold a two week boxing camp for ages seven and up June 25 to July 6 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mt. Carmel MBC at 424 West James Street in Mullins.

The instructor will be Sis. Kindra B. Pompey.

There is a registration fee and breakfast & lunch will be provided.
